In computers science deptt. There are two labs. Each lab has 50 computers and connected in LAN. Each lab is used to perform different practical work of all semesters along with other department. The main practicals are data structure, C, C++, Java, .Net, Matlab, simulation etc. All the lab maintenance work is done by our lab technician Mr. Manoj Sahu

Department Brief Description :-

The department of computer science is conducted at 2nd floor of B-Block. Mr. A.K. Shrivastav (M.Tech) is in charge HOD of the department. There are seven lecturer & one lab technician and 4 peons.

In department there two lab and various lab are conducted like hardware, software & networking. Lab equipment verification of other institute like ITI’s is done by our department. Department performs the works and practical works.

Activities of Department :-

In Computer Science department several students are selected in MNCs like Richa Sharma 8th sem student 2010 batch selected in wipro infotech. Manjeet Jaiswal 8th sem student is got 99% percentile in Gate 2010, Umakant Patel is got selected in IIT Karaghpur in 2009. Our students has won the prize in techno fest conducted at IIT karaghpur in Robotics. In 2008 batch our student Nibha Tiwari was the uniersity topper at Pt Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur.
